:hi Al-Q, for some reason its not recognizing your username. For now, change your username to something without the dash and see how that works. And then Sahabah will add that username to the bpl-2 list. Then we'll see how that goes. Yea, try that for now. When I'm testing the system, I'll test it with this same old username and see what's going on that causes it to ignore the username with a dash (I think its ignoring the dash somehow). I did do a test yesterday with a dash and it didnt block me so I have to investigate more. | |||
