There is a lot of translated articles in Czech. Can we make a czech subdomain? I think the purpose of those translations was to give information to people who struggle with English, so the articles shouldn't be surrounded with English environment. I could be the admin. I am not sure whether there is currently some other active czech member. And btw I know some people who wanted to join and translate, but they couldn't due to the blocking system and it seems to me that it is constantly turned on.
