: If you want to put some very minimal commentary that is fine but just understand that explaining quotations is not the purpose of that page. I can see why there is a unique need for basic explanation in this case. Generally, however, the QHS pages are more researcher oriented to begin with and the expectation is that someone wanting to learn about a topic will be accessing the substantive articles rather than the QHS pages.
