{{Quote|Ibn Majah Vol. 3, Book 9, Hadith 1858|It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that:
{{Quote|1=[{{Reference archive|1=http://www.askimam.org/fatwa/fatwa.php?askid=b8e472ef766a8b43114c1bae32662a57|2=2011-10-23}} He said the three talaaqs unknowingly without thinking of the consequences]<BR>Muhammed Zakariyya Desai, Ask Imam, Fatwa No. 15519, August 11, 2007|2=''Question:''

my husband and i had an argument the other night and during that argument alot of hurtful things were said to each other and the argument got out of control, and he said the three talaaqs unknowingly without thinking of the consequences. within  minutes he realised what he had done, he did not mean it at all, it was said in a rage of anger and purely in an angry state. and he repented against it straight away and did taubah. however we were both in the nafaak state so i just want to know if the talaaq is valid and what do we do now. thank you.

the Prophet said: “A woman may be married for four things: Her wealth, her lineage, her beauty or for her religion. Choose the religious, may your hands be rubbed with dust (i.e., may you prosper).” (Sahih)}}

{{Quote|{{Bukhari|3|34|299}}|Narrated 'Aun bin Abu Juhaifa: My father bought a slave who practiced the profession of cupping. (My father broke the slave's instruments of cupping). I asked my father why he had done so. He replied, "The Prophet forbade the acceptance of the price of a dog or blood, '''and also forbade the profession of tattooing, getting tattooed''' and receiving or giving Riba, (usury), and cursed the picture-makers."}}
The three talaqs issued in a state of anger are valid. The nikah has been terminated. Your’ll cannot stay together as husband and wife. The state of napaaki will not change the ruling.

{{Quote|{{Bukhari|3|34|440}}|Narrated Aun bin Abu Juhaifa: I saw my father buying a slave whose profession was cupping, and ordered that his instruments (of cupping) be broken. I asked him the reason for doing so. He replied, "Allah's Apostle prohibited taking money for blood, the price of a dog, and the earnings of a slave-girl by prostitution; '''he cursed her who tattoos and her who gets tattooed''', the eater of Riba (usury), and the maker of pictures."|See Also {{Bukhari|7|72|829}}, {{Bukhari|7|72|845}}}}

{{Quote|Ibn Majah Vol. 3, Book 9, Hadith 1989|It was narrated that 'Abdulleh said:
Wassalam
"'''The Messenger of Allah cursed the woman who does tattoos and the one who has them done, and those who pluck their eyebrows and file their teeth for the purpose of beautification, and those who change the creation of Allah.'''" News of that reached a woman of Banu Asad who was called Umm Ya'qub. She came to him and said: "I have heard that you said such and such." He said: 'Why should I not curse those whom the Messenger of Allah cursed ? And it is in the Book of Allah." She said: "I read what is between its two covers 'and I have not found that." He said: "If you read it properly you would have found it. Have you not read the words: 'And whatsoever the Messenger (Muhammad) gives you, take it; and whatsoever he forbids you, abstain (from it).'?" She said: "Of course." He said: 'The Messenger of Allah forbade that." She said: 'I think that your wife does it.' He said: " Go and look." So she went and looked and she did not see what she wanted. She said: "I have not seen anything!’ 'Abdullah said: "If she was as you say, I would not have kept her with me. " (Sahih)}}

{{Quote|The late Ayatollah Khomeini of Iran, Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution|A man can marry a girl younger than nine years of age, even if the girl is still a baby being breastfed. A man, however is prohibited from having intercourse with a girl younger than nine, other sexual acts such as foreplay, rubbing, kissing and sodomy is allowed. A man having intercourse with a girl younger than nine years of age has not committed a crime, but only an infraction, if the girl is not permanently damaged. If the girl, however, is permanently damaged, the man must provide for her all her life. But this girl will not count as one of the man's four permanent wives. He also is not permitted to marry the girl's sister.<ref>Parvin Darabi - [http://www.homa.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=56&Itemid=53 Ayatollah Khomeini's Religious Teachings on Marriage, Divorce and Relationships] - Dr. Homa Darabi Foundation</ref>}}
===Khums (war booty)===
{{Quote|al-Fayd al-Kashani, ''Wafi'', '''6''': "Book of Zakat, Khums, and charitable deeds". al-Tusi, ''Tahzib al-Ahkam.'' ''Kitab al-Kafi.'' |Imam Ridha said "The Almighty Allah has promised rewards and good recompense for those who will obey His commands. And there is penalty for those who act in contravention of these laws. Certainly only that wealth is permitted for a person that is allowed by Allah (S.w.T.). Doubtlessly, Khums is our need and a command of our religion, a channel of sustenance of our friends and it is to be spent to protect our honours. Meaning those from whose side we are at the risk of being harmed.
So, do not avoid paying Khums to us. And as far as possible do not deprive yourself from our supplications. Indeed, Khums is a saving that will benefit you on the day of affliction and helplessness (Qiyāma). A Muslim is one who fulfils all that he had vowed with regard to servitude and obedience of the Almighty. One who accepts by his tongue but denies in the heart is not a Muslim."}}
The author of Wafi criticizes Kafi and Tahzib for their accuracy and quality on many instances but not on this one.
