Use the form below to block write access from a specific IP address or username. Blocking should be done only to prevent vandalism, and in accordance with blocking policy.

Blocks can be done without discussion with other admins only for the following reasons: (1) obvious vandalism/text removal from a new user (2) repeated reverts and ignoring talk page comments (3) imminent danger to the site. If a user has not engaged in obvious vandalism, they should not be blocked without discussion with the user and/or other admins. Blocks will be reversed as needed. If there is no danger to the site and the block may be disputed please discuss with other admins.
