That is not even a direct question, and a rough translation would be "surely, one who eats or drinks will eventually have to get rid of hacet(need for something, here it means need for pee, or defecate)". It's almost always like this, that's why if i can not translate the hadith myself, searching for the originals might take hours. Anyway, it goes slow but steady.
