WikiIslam talk:Translations: Difference between revisions

:Thinking about it, having the more general articles translated could have a very negative effect. For example, I remember the "Top 10 controversial verses" was on this list a while ago (an article that is not very well written at all). I think this has also been translated into a few languages. However, since none of the other more indepth articles on each verse has been translated, it can be easily "debunked". So anyone who doesn't read English would think our arguments on that page are weak (because they're bound to have read the many counter-arguments by Muslims that are not covered on that page). That sounds good because its tone probably has to be revised. The changes can be good additions to the [http://wikiislam.net/wiki/WikiIslam:Article_Style_and_Content_Guide style guide]. Yea I guess this article is far from being a translation candidate.
