Al-Maktaba is a massive database of Islamic religious texts and writings in Arabic. There are two main front end interfaces:

Turath: https://app.turath.io/

Al-Maktaba.org: https://al-maktaba.org/

Turath offers a simpler database and also a downloadable app for the desktop. Al-Maktaba offers a richer interface and more options for search and parsing the texts, but both are accessing the same basic database of texts.

Resources in English

The main resource in English used by WikiIslam is QuranX: quranx.com

https://quranx.com/

QuranX contains English translations of all of the major orthodox Sunni hadith and tafsir collections as well as multiple translations of the Qur'an along with the original Arabic. WikiIslam templates utilize QuranX for the Qur'an and Hadith quotes. These templates will automatically link to the specified Quran or Hadith passage on QuranX. Please see WikiIslam:Citing, Linking, and Quoting and WikiIslam:How to Edit for more info on how to use these templates.

When a particular hadith or other tradition cannot be found on QuranX (which is very rare) sunnah.com may be consulted:

https://sunnah.com/

Please note that the translations on the above site are sometimes inaccurate due to apologetic bias, so whenever possible QuranX is to be preferred.

Altafsir.com features many Quran commentaries and scholarly essays from the Islamic perspective in Arabic and English:

Studyquran.com features many resources on the Qur'an and classical and quranic Arabic in English:

Corpus Coranicum is a German project (available in many languages but chiefly in German) concerned with Qur'anic manuscripts and working towards a critical edition of the Qur'an, which does not yet exist:
