WikiIslam:Bureaucrats

Bureaucrats have extended access to Special:UserRights, enabling them to add users to and remove users from the 'bureaucrat' group, and add users to and remove users from the 'sysop' and 'bot' user groups. Bureaucrats can use Special:RenameUser to rename users (including themselves).
