You can ask your Muslim friends how Islam can be reformed in this case without rejecting {{Quran|5|38}} and saying that the verse is incorrect and wrong. "It was correct for those times" is an invalid argument as Islam is described as a way of life for ''eternity''. Reform of Islam - Amputation of a man's hand for Theft is ordered in the Quran
I just added a video and a news link of ISIS terrorists performing an amputation of a man's hand for theft. You can ask your Muslim friends how Islam can be reformed in this case without rejecting Quran 5:38 and saying that the verse is incorrect and wrong. "It was correct for those times" is an invalid argument as Islam is described as a way of life for eternity. These ISIS terrorists are simply carrying out the orders given to them in the Quran.
