Its just describing what things look like to humans (aesthetically). The verse literally does not mean "the moon is placed between the seven layers". It is talking about what it looks like to humans. | |||
The seven layers is an error, that we know (and that error is present on the page I think) but the "moon is among them" just means what it appears to people on Earth.
