bible too , speaks of a six day period for creating the earth. and has clearly mentioned , a night and a day , indicating a 24 hour time period.
but , qur'an clearly speaks of "6 Ayyams " , which does not have specifications. it can either mean a 24 hour time period or a very long time period "a yawn " .
