→‎Muhammad's aorta and false revelations: Removed as too easy to debunk and looks silly. It's a different Arabic word in the hadith (though part of same vein), but was a known idiom e.g. like "at death's door". Obviously poison doesn't cut things. etc.

===Muhammad's aorta and false revelations===
It's worth noting that Muhammad claimed his aorta was cut:
{{Quote|{{Abudawud|41|20}} (Sahih)|
Narrated Ibn Ka'b b. Malik:
On the authority of his father: Umm Mubashshir said to '''the Prophet (ﷺ) during the sickness of which he died''': What do you think about your illness, Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)? I do not think about the illness of my son except the poisoned sheep of which he had eaten with you at Khaybar. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: And I do not think about my illness except that. This is the time when '''it cut off my aorta'''.
}}
While the Qur'an claimed Allah would cut off his aorta if he made up revelations:
{{Quote|{{Quran-range|69|44|46}}|
And if he [Muhammad] had invented false sayings concerning Us,
We assuredly had taken him by the right hand
Then We would certainly have '''cut off his aorta'''. <br>
}}
So it seems as if Allah punished Muhammad for making up revelations (or if he doesn't exist, Muhammad just wanted to indirectly confess before his death). A third possibility is that Muhammad, himself having made up Allah and the Qur'an, forgot the above verse and hence we have an incongruity here.
