Ghazwa-e-hind means military expedition (conquest, attack) lead by Muslims against India, which was predicted by Muhammad.

The term

In Arabic, it's ghazwa al-hind (غزوة الهند), but it's more known in it's Urdu/Persian version ghazwa-e-hind, which uses the Urdu/Persian ezafe ("-e-" meaning "of").
