Does the content of the Qur'an section (https://wikiislam.net/wiki/User:Flynnjed/Sandbox2#Qur.27an) count as 'discussion'? You (IbnPinker) advised me to have 'no discussion whatsoever' on the QHS page. But just quoting Qur'an 30:30 would not work. But, on the other hand, leaving Qur'an 30:30 out feels like leaving out a significant part of the jigsaw.

If you want to put some very minimal commentary that is fine but just understand that explaining quotations is not the purpose of that page. I can see why there is a unique need for basic explanation in this case. Generally, however, the QHS pages are more researcher oriented to begin with and the expectation is that someone wanting to learn about a topic will be accessing the substantive articles rather than the QHS pages.
