hi Burnum/RobSmith, welcome to the site. Even though you mention in the edit summaries that the articles you made (for example) were written mostly by you on rationalwiki, we still dont keep copies of any external content on our site (see the last few lines of this section of our guidelines). The reason being that the original copy is where the content should be maintained. The reader would rather go where the original content was created first. One solution is to have a short version on our site and link to external content from our page if the link is appropriate/properly sourced, all of this complying with our guidelines. From what I've seen RW does not require sourcing their content. For our site if there's content that is not sourced and contains opinions that falls under essays. Sahab can expand more on this.

We could also talk about what other content you have written and if we can make shorter versions of those and any other future plans e.g. if something catches your eye on the tasks page. Taking a quick look, your content at RW looks good at first glance but I havent looked at it in detail. In any case its good to have you join our site. Hopefully you have taken a look at our Message to new users. Welcome

hi Burnum/RobSmith, welcome to the site. We'll have to see. Sahab (talk | contribs) can expand more on this. --Axius (talk | contribs) 03:03, 25 November 2014 (PST)
